Flynt Amtex, Inc is a wholly owned company of Carriff Engineered Fabrics Corporation (CEFC), which is a privately held, Delaware based corporation.

As a result of several acquisitions, its holdings include a number of independently operated and strategically located manufacturing firms, each of which are engaged in the manufacture of circular knit textile fabrics. Secondary processing of its knitted products allow the companies to service the infrastructure, medical, agricultural and construction textile markets throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

The sharing of technology and experience amongst each of its holdings, coupled with advantages obtained where commonalities exist, allow each of CEFC's operating companies to operate both efficiently and cost effectively in today's marketplace.
