Flynt Amtex is a leading
world-class contract cutter of ladies apparel, children’s sportswear, men’s
casual apparel and sportswear, as well as industrial uniforms. The company
uses automatic computer controlled state of the art cutting equipment on
both knitted and woven fabrics. In addition to garment cutting the
company also cuts specialty fabrics for industrial end use applications.
The cutting operation is supported by a modern CAD system with marker plotting
capability as well as pattern digitizing, and E-mail capability of receiving
cut file and plot file data. The turn time for cutting generally
is seven days from receipt of incoming materials. Flynt Amtex is
located in Burlington, North Carolina, between Greensboro and Raleigh,
NC.

12-air floatation equipped cutting tables 120 feet in length.

4 Niebuhr computer controlled spreading machines with tension free capability
(70" width maximum).

4 tubular spreading machines for tubular fabric (28"-32" width).

2 Lectra Vector 7000 Automatic Cutting machines.

Lectra CAD system, Lectra and Gerber plotters.

Internal Fabric inventory tracking system to maximize customer fabric utilization.

Production reporting and on site cutting coordinator to ensure customer
service and communication.

Generally 7-day turnaround from receipt of fabric and materials to shipment
of cut parts.

Cross cut collaret machine to cut tubular fabric binding (must be tubular)
and straight cut capabilities on open width fabric for neck tape and placket
tape.
